Judge the offer currently shown to your account. Garena describes Special Airdrops as promotional offers that may vary. If you paid, confirm the transaction and follow the official delivery and support process before making another purchase.
Steps to follow
- Open the Special Airdrop offer shown in your own game and inspect its contents, price and expiry.
- Confirm the correct account and read whether the listed items are guaranteed.
- If you choose to purchase, complete the official checkout and retain the receipt.
- Check the indicated reward destination and use your region’s official support route if the purchase remains missing.
Why another account may show a different offer
Garena’s Special Airdrop support page describes these as promotional offers that can appear randomly. Seeing a specific offer once does not establish that the same offer will return. The current offer on your own account is the relevant starting point.
Before paying, record the exact contents rather than relying on the large promotional image. Compare diamonds, vouchers, cosmetic items and any conditions separately. A large count of different rewards can look attractive even if only one of those rewards is something you wanted.
Check the offer while it is still visible
The clearest evidence is the offer screen itself: item names, quantity, price and timing. Take note of these details before the offer disappears. Avoid presenting someone else’s offer as a universal price table, because both availability and contents can differ.
Also decide whether the purchase fits the budget you set before seeing the promotion. A countdown is a timing condition, not a reason to abandon that budget. Compare guaranteed value using the information on the screen; do not assign a guaranteed value to a possible random outcome.
Separate a completed payment from delivery
A payment attempt, a confirmed charge and an item received are three separate states. Check which state you are actually in. A receipt or platform transaction record helps establish whether the payment completed; the in-game balance or inventory helps establish delivery.
If the checkout failed, do not describe the problem as a missing delivered item. If the payment completed, keep the receipt and exact offer description. These distinctions make a support request clearer and reduce the temptation to repeat the transaction just to see what happens.
Use the official missing-item process
The Garena support page describes a delivery window and an escalation path for missing Special Airdrops. Check the current guidance for your region. It is better to follow that process than to treat every delay as a reason to purchase again.
Prepare a short timeline with the purchase time, offer name, account information requested by official support and what has already arrived. Share receipts only through the official support channel. Do not post a full payment receipt publicly merely to ask whether another player has the same problem.
Compare a promotional chest with a direct top-up
A chest can combine several types of value. Compare the guaranteed diamonds with a direct pack separately from the cosmetics and vouchers. This avoids claiming that a decorative item has a fixed cash value just because it is included in a promotion.
Our diamond calculator can help with the currency portion when you enter your own real price and guaranteed quantity. It cannot predict random rewards. The chest artwork on this page is an illustration, not an actual offer or a promise that the pictured contents can be claimed.
